I have been using Vendio since 1999. I am a pay-as-you-go member, launching 80-100 auctions per month with you and easily working off my $9.95 image storage fee each month.
I have appreciated having the beautiful custom templates that make my auctions so professional looking but have been very frustrated at the paucity of your accent graphics library, which often does not have the image I need. (For instance, under travel you have only a couple of pyramids and ancient Egyptians!)
In May you raised your prices across the board. I agree you were due more for the services you provide, but raising everything at once -- insert fee and end of auction percentage, and abolishing the over-50-auction insert reduction -- was a bad move psychologically and something not even eBay would have the nerve to try.
It is also obvious that you are now concentrating on expanding services to your large customers. I will never need most of these new services, but is is increasingly obvious that you have no intention of adding to the available template and graphic image selection which, with the image hosting, is the reason I use Vendio.
So, in the wake of the recent fee increases, I would like something back. I would like the privilege, as a pay-as-you-go member, of raising my own accent graphics to my auction sites, something now reserved only for Sales Manager Power or Premium plans. I have no use for the logo placement you offer; I need to be able to raise, and possibly store, my own graphic images to select as decoration in the three top and three bottom graphics slots of my auction sites.
The ability to do this would be a boon to small sellers like me, who craft their auction sites to resemble elegant display ads. Thanks very much for your consideration of my request. -- Val
