I have tried several times to list my oil painting on ebay, WEST COAST LADY AND FJAERA. Everytime i get an error message:
Error 240: The item cannot be listed or modified.
The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may
contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of
eBay policy.
I contated ebay and here is what they had to say: ...."I'm sorry to find this but when eBay changes a feature, it can sometimes
cause problems with third-party software that interfaces with the eBay
site. This is probably the reason why you are experiencing a problem.
In this situation, we recommend that you contact Vendio directly. They
should be able to help you resolve the problem you're having with their
software......
it is very important that i get this painting up as soon as possible. What shall i do?? is it your problem or theirs? how can it be resolved?
You may be offering a payment method that is banned (such as Greenzap, e-gold, StormPay, auctionchex, Western Union, cash, etc.) in the eBay marketplace.
In this case you will need to revise your listing by removing the banned payment method. This includes any text reference to the payment method, so please be sure to check your payment options under My Account -> Global Preferences, as well as the Custom Payment Note and/or other custom text fields in your preferences.

Hi, Andreea: I too am getting inexplicable error messages for two of my 14 auctions I launched tonight. I checked and double-checked every facet, and nothing's changed in my preferences, etc. Is there a way for you to look at the two in my Vendio pending, in case you can spot something? VERY frustrating!
