I have a custom listing template that I got thru Vendio, If you look at the template under payment options, it does not show "western union", but when you look at it in an inventory ad under preview, it shows the "western union" payment ! Ebay will not let me list any items! They do not allow western union payments.. I need this fixed ASAP!! I need the western union payment option taken out of the custom template ASAP.
Western Union isn't coming from your custom template. The preview page only shows the default payment methods you have setup, but when you actually list your items the template will use the data in your inventory items themselves.
A very large number of your ads have Western Union or BidPay referenced as one of the available payment methods.
Usually you would need to go in to edit these from inventory to remove this option prior to resubmitting, however we were able to run a patcher on your account to go through and remove these payment options from all of your inventory/pending/active/closed listings.
You should now be able to resubmit your items without these payment methods appearing.
