Hello,
Here I am sending payment reminders to a customer that has already paid.... again.
Here are the item numbers, they will not combine either.

Those items are eligible to be combined, but since they closed over 2 weeks ago they are not displayed automatically (you have to set the "Show" menu to display the last 30 days, then you will see the items).
I'm not sure why the payment wasn't recorded, but it doesn't appear that the buyer went through our checkout. I would guess that he paid on Paypal directly and didn't enter the item numbers so we weren't able to pick up the amount in IPN. While IPN certainly makes life easier, it relies on buyers either going through checkout or entering the item number manually if they make the payment directly.

He did not complete check out, although he claims he did. Go figure.
One thing is that he did include the item numbers of the items when he paid via PAYPAL.

I do not use Vendio checkout and my sales are NEVER combined and marked paid via the PayPal IPN. I have to do it manually everytime. I processed 12 different orders yesterday alone with multiple purchases. I download a payment history from PayPal directly and use that to find the ones that Vendio didn't pick up. I really don't think the item number has a thing to do with it - I have never had a multiple item payment get picked up on the IPN in thousands of transactions.

Same here, unless the buyer pays via Paypal after completing the VD checkout. Otherwise, you have to use either Paypal or I use Pro Sales in eBay for everything now, WBN, invoices, shipping notices. Too many VD emails end up in Spam folders. Even the ones that get kicked back to me end up in my Spam folder. Go figure.
