you already charge my credit card so why it dont show on my statement and why the red line is still on ????

Hello Jacob,

We do not discuss billing issues on the community boards, I hope that you can appreciate that. I will have billing email you regarding this, but as far as I can tell your account is open and there are no blocks applied due to billing.
