Is there anyway to reset the counters on GTC items other than doing them one at a time in the Active menu?

Hello Beth,

Nope. The counters area certainly could be improved upon. Do you have any suggestions to make the counters reset process easier for you? Would you like to see perhaps the ability to set parameters specifically for GTC items?

I would like to be able to re-set the counters on GTC items to 0. A "select all" and then a button up top would be nice. Maybe no one else has any need for this tho.

Well that may be so, but of course when we created these settings, no one imagined GTC items, and I think it makes sense.

Just want to add my vote here for an easy way to set counters on store items.

Like Beth, I also would find it helpful.

What are GTC items?
Am still trying to figure out why one uses the reset link in active listings.

How come my revisions at eBay refuse to come to Vendio upon refreshing?

Hello,

GTC items are "Good 'Till Canceled" eBay store listings.

Unfortunately, any revisions that you make to your active listings through eBay will not be reflected in your Vendio account.
