Once again the red message has appeared on my screen Vendio cannot "fetch" information from eBay on your account -- do this ....
Well , I did that , hope it works and "fetching " is once again possible
NO! I have not changed ANY thing about my account or usernmame BUT from time to time VD says they cannot "fetch" cuz I have .
That is a false accusation --- maybe its your "fetching " skills cuz there have been no changes on my account.
Take responsibility for your ability to "fetch"
Try one of those huge Johnny Bench catchers' mitts sold at Dicks Sporting Goods

Hello,
It doesn't always mean that you changed your eBay username/password or email address. This is all thanks to eBay's new-ish (its a few years old now) Token Authorization system.
They expire these login token's about once a year, so even if you don't change your information you would still need to re-store this token in the system every year.
We are actually quite good at playing fetch here at Vendio:
Regards,
Christopher

WELL- it has been exactly 2 weeks and HERE WE GO AGAIN -
BIG-O notice in Red
Warning: Unable to fetch information from eBay. This is because either your authorization allowing us to send and receive listing information to eBay has expired, or your eBay ID login information was changed on eBay but not updated on Vendio. Please verify your username and password at eBay, and then update your information
I did as "told" AGAIN! Why does this come up Over and Over?
My information has NOT CHANGED ...
there is a problem somewhere.
Me thinks someones' fetching skills need to be improved.

THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME TOO. I WENT THROUGH THIS ON SATURDAY. THIS SYSTEM HAS NOT BEEN WORKING RIGHT SINCE THAT GOOFY PRO-MO FOR STORES LAST MONTH. WHAT EVER WAS DONE TO MAKE THAT WORK HAS BEEN A PROBLEM ON MY SALES COMPLETIONS SINCE THEN.
IT IS EASY TO SAY IT IS US BUT IT IS EVEN EASIER TO SAY ITS YOU VENDIO

This is happening to me too. I have followed the instructions and updated the info even though I have not changed anything but it still won't fetch. How do I get it to work.

Hi everybody,
We have learned that eBay is experiencing a technical issue that is resulting in "token" errors on our side. To the best of our knowledge, they expect to have this corrected by mid-afternoon today. You may need to update the token again, under My Account -> Auction Site Accounts -> eBay (edit), but you may find that you don't need to do anything except resubmit the errored listings.
Please let us know if this problem persists into the evening.
Thanks,
Diana
