I have lately had several items, in fact, almost every 'sending check or m.o.' sale get mark as payment received on the 'my ebay' page. This has caused some confusion and I have mailed items out even though I have not received the payment yet. Is there a setting I need to change? Most of my sales are paid via paypal and that is working smoothly ... meaning even if a check is being used via paypal, it marks it as pending, etc. Just those who choose sending payment are being marked wrong. Hello James,
Unfortunately this is related to the eBay checkout redirect system. When buyers opt to pay via any method other than PayPal, eBay is going to mark the items as paid. While we are working with them to change the behavior in the future, currently the only workaround is to disable the checkout redirect system
