Hello Jack,

In order to diagnose the issue, we would need to look at some examples. Please post some example item numbers so we can take a look. Also, note that when you make a change to your Gallery preferences, it will only apply to items you launch after you make the change.

Thanks,

Diana

Hello,

In most browsers, this link will redirect buyers over to the following page:
http://gallery.vendio.com/view/worldcovers1/ebay/index.html

When I take that URL you posted and put it into my browser, it automatically pulls up the above page instead, the same as clicking the 'see sellers other items...' link does on the gallery itself.

It is possible that something in your browsers settings isn't allowing the page to redirect over to the primary target.

Regards,
Christopher

Is that worldcovers1's gallery or Vendio's gallery?

The size of the Vendio fonts would make it appear that it is a gallery of Vendio's items which are for sale.

The location of the names should be reversed, or the Vendio logo toned down a bit.

Great looking gallery. However, ...

I am referring to the link which Christopher provided in the above post.

Hello,

worldcovers1-
You were able to see the gallery when you click on the link I posted, correct?

kozersky-
That is worldcovers1 gallery of eBay listings. Clicking on these will take you over to their active eBay listings.

Christopher

Hello,

It is possible that something in your browser isn't allowing that link to properly redirect to the page it is pointing to.

When you click the following link, are you able to see the target properly? http://gallery.vendio.com/view/worldcovers1/ebay/index.html

Christopher

Hi,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue worldcovers1. It seems that the Gallery Shopping Pages are not supported by MSN Explorer, although the Vendio Gallery from your listings is.

Please note that at this time MSN is not one of our supported Internet browsers. Please check this page for a full list of compatible browsers:

http://www.vendio.com/help/sitemap.html

For any browser or platform not mentioned above, Vendio.com should still be accessible, though we cannot guarantee that all of the features will work properly.
Best regards,

Vlad
