Hi,

I tried to relist an unsold item last night (Sunday). It was scheduled to launch at 8pm ebay time.

When I edited it for relisting, I deleted the subtitle, so I wouldn't have to pay the extra fee again.

It failed to launch. The error message said I needed to insert a subtitle.

Is there a way I can relist without using a subtitle this time?

If so, what should I do... so it will launch and not fail again?

Many thanks,
Lynn

Hello Lynn,

Unfortunately when an item is listed with a subtitle the first time around eBay is looking for it to appear on the relist as well.

You could either relist it with the subtitle again, or submit a copy of this listing instead without the subtitle. (which would possibly forgo your relisting credit if the item sold the second time around.)

If you prefer to submit it as a copy:
Now that this item is in your pending section, click on the title of the item and use the 'copy' link at the top-right part of the edit page.

Regards,
Christopher

Thanks Christopher,

That's good to know... I won't even think about using subtitles anymore!

Lynn
