Hi,

I just posted a question with pics on the ebay discussion board. None of my pics are showing. All of them say "this image is unavailable please check back later".

This is what I used:

<img src=http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/landolynn/plaque3.jpg">

Please let me know what I did wrong, or is it a problem with vendio?

Hi Lynn,

You have the URL correct, but the formatting might be wrong.

Message boards don't always use HTML to display images.

Try this instead:

[ IMG ]http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/landolynn/plaque3.jpg[ /IMG ]

Just remove the spaces from around the IMG like [THIS] and the image should display.

Hi Christopher,

I tried using [ IMG ]http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/landolynn/plaque3.jpg[ /IMG ]

...and omitting the spaces.

Now the address shows in the message and I can click on it and the pic will show up.

But what address do I use so the pic shows up in the message itself?

Hello Lynn,

Sorry for the confusion, it looks like the forum your posting to will be using regular HTML and now I see the error in your HTML code above.

Your just missing one quotation mark, otherwise it was perfect.

<img src=http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/landolynn/plaque3.jpg">

Simply add another quotation mark before the http and it should display properly in the forum your posting to.

Example: <img src="http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/landolynn/plaque3.jpg">
