When I received the newsletter re the Shopping page I went into my Gallery settings and it is checked off however when I click on it it says no items available.
On my listings where is it supposed to show to the Buyers?

Hello otteropp,
Just go to any of your eBay listings, and under your Gallery you should see a link that looks like this: 'click to see my other items'. You buyer needs to click on it and he'll be directed to your Shopping Page
Best regards,

After I posted this last week I had a continuing correspondence with you in which you told me it must be my settings on my computer.
I am sorry but I do not feel this to be correct and I have checked the galleries of several other Vendio users and all that happens is a new window opens with "No Items available" written in it.
If there is a problem with this Shopping Gallery I would like the "Click here to see my other Items" removed from the Gallery until the problem is resolved.
I took another look at your listings and I was able to pull up your shopping page with the items in the shopping page, and it is showing correctly.
It would be helpful if you provided a specific listing number where you are having this problem, as I asked for in my first email reply to you. This way we can make sure that this is not an issue with just some of your listings (although it doesn't sound like it is).
It would also be helpful if you would try viewing this with a different browser on your computer, as I asked in my last email to you. This way we can determine if it is a browser issue. If you would like to try it on your husbands computer again, you can try temporarily turning off his pop-up blocker, and that way you will be able to pull up the page.
Please note that we would have gladly continued to help you via email, but we received a reply from you that you did not want to continue troubleshooting this issue.
If you would like to turn off the shopping page, you may do so for future listings by going to "Gallery" in your left-hand menu. Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and uncheck "Link my Gallery to my Shopping Page".
You are right, I did say I did not want to pursue this but just this morning I checked on a few other sellers pages and saw the same results so decided to resurrect this.
I am having this problem with all of my listings not just one and did indicate that to you.
I have tried my hubby's computer on Mozilla Firefox again with pop-up turned off and still do not see anything except "No items available" when trying to view the Shopping Gallery
Thank you for the instructions on how to turn it off until I can resolve the problem.
Try clicking the link above to see what comes up for you now. I checked this in my own copy of Internet Explorer and FireFox but they were both able to load this without error.
If this issue persists, check to see what sort of security software you run on both of these computers. These gallery do use some custom javascript code that some security software, if set really high, may be disabling automatically when you visit the page. (try disabling any programs like this and refreshing the page just to see if it makes any difference.)

Hi Christopher,
I am in and out today so just saw your message.
When I click that link it is exactly what I see when I click to see the shopping gallery.
I get that page and it says No items available.
We use AVG Anti-virus software...Norton caused too many issues. No firewall on this computer.
I have turned off the link in My Gallery page as suggested by Nathan and now it goes directly to my Store which I actually prefer but am still curious why this is not working for me.
Edited to add that we have security settings at medium.

See what happens if you disable the AVG software and try viewing the gallery again.
If that suddenly allows you to see the gallery properly, there may be a simple change or option in the program to allow this to function going forward.
