These four items all double launched in a larger group of items. Too late to retreive eBay fees. Any reason why this might have happened to just these?

Hello,
130031233553 - this item was a relist of 130029373938. This one wouldn't have been the duplicate item, rather the original.
130031233538 - this item was a relist of 130028475816. This one wouldn't have been the duplicate item, rather the original. Item was launched from SMPro.
130031533540 - this item doesn't belong to you, and isn't listed on eBay US.
130031233548 - this item was a relist of 130028475811. This one wouldn't have been the duplicate item, rather the original. Item was launched from SMPro.
I tried searching eBay closed listings for items with these titles, to try and find the 'duplicate' items but was unable to do so.
What are the duplicate items that were submitted with these listings?
Regards,
Christopher

My use of the word duplicate, means just that I had two of several items launched from Sales Manager Pro. These were relisted from unsold.
So, they may be an "original" to you but I just chose one of the two to close and am calling the ones I closed: duplicates. So, semantics aside, two of each of these four items launched through Post Sale, Unsold. Just trying to find our if this is a glitch or what.
I archived these duplicates so as not to re-launch them but will go in and un-archive them now. Here are the numbers of the ones I CLOSED:
130031233536 1928 Booking Ad Johnny Marvin Kit Kat Club London 09/27/06
130031233538 1928 Booking Ad FELOVIS European Juggler 09/27/06
130031233540 1928 Booking Ad Geraldine Valliere & Her Baby Grands 09/27/06
130031233548 1928 Ad Girl Band Florence Myers Bon John
NOW..here are the numbers from the active listings:

Hello,
I see where the confusion came into play.
It looks like on 9.18.2006 at 05:29:10AM you uploaded a batch of items via the Sales Manager Pro software.
130028475815
title: 1928 Booking Ad Geraldine Valliere & Her Baby Grands
opened 2006-09-18 05:29:10
closed 2006-09-25 05:29:10
130031233524
title: 1928 Booking Ad Geraldine Valliere & Her Baby Grands
opened 2006-09-18 05:29:10
closes 2006-09-25 05:29:10
130028475815 you relisted as 130031233540, which you then ended early.
130031233524 you relisted as 130031233524, which is scheduled to end 2006-10-02 14:31:15.
Given that the items went live at the exact same second as one another, it would seem that either the batch was uploaded twice (perhaps it failed on the first attempt, where these 3 made it, and the reattemp finished the upload process and duplicated these 3) or some one-off glitch somehow just duplicated the items at random either here or at eBay.
Typically when something on the Vendio side duplicates an item, one of the two will not be available in the system. In this case all of the items appear to already be in the system, where it recognizes these items being launched. Usually that would mean a duplicate upload of the batch, or (somehow) duplicate items in the batch itself. (check if you save all of your batch files.)

All four were originally listed from SM Pro.
All four closed 7 days later and appeared in the Unsold area of Post Sale.
All four were relisted from Post Sale Unsold items. All four were duplicated at that time. (See the numbers and items I have copied from Post Sale and Ebay).
