Hi, Just a bothersome two things that bug me a lot & I'm finally getting around to bringing up after only a few years =)
One is, because hard as I try, a lot of customer's ignore our repeated instructions to complete the WBN, I find myself frequently having to enter customers' info myself into the WBN via the "edit" icon in the Fulfillment Check-list page. The problem is I often neglect to select the payment option & if so, the next page comes up prompting me to select a payment option with a "back" button to use to go back. Regardless of using that button or my own "back" button, all the fileds I just painstakingly either typed in or cut & pasted in are GONE & I have to re-enter everything all over again - this is a small issue to resolve by your engineers - it really should NOT go blank, but the "Payment Option" should maybe be highlighted in red or something.
Second, WHY have you not made USA the default country in the address fields? I understand three are lots of sellers who sell/ship internationally, but the overwhelming majority of us don't & even if we do, MOST of our buyers are in the USA. I'm just so sick of that small, annoying step a gillion times over! I brought this up YEARS ago, several times along with many other members & we were always told it was being worked on by the engineers & would be taken care of but it never happened - fell though the cracks, maybe? That's OK, it happens, just fix it now, OK?

Hi Lisa,
I agree that the Payment Option area could be a bit more prominent on the page which would save you from hitting that back button. In regards to the data remaining on the page when you hit the back button, I'll have to ask around about. I'm pretty sure that is by design.
I'll also be happy to request that the US is the default country in the address fields.

Hi Ed, Although I didn't suggest the payment option be made more prominent, it may help BUT, I for the life of me, can't understnad WHY all the fields would go blank if having to return to select a payment option is "by design"? In an effort to understand that, can you explain why that would be? It just sounds to be the utmost in "counter-intuitive" programming.

I edit by clicking on the edit button on #2 in the checklist. I had always assumed the "go to checkout" link would be the same as "view checkout" link, in which case, you just get a page that says customer has yet to complete the info, but now that I see it is not, perhaps I will use it instead of the edit button, as I notice it has no payment option on the first page along with the address info, so no chance of having to "back" up to enter missed payment option info.
Thanks.
