I have added Bidpay under payment types accepted on MY ACCOUNT under OTHER but it is not showing up under the payment types on the auction page. Can you please advise as to what the problem is.

Hello Colleen,
Please note that any changes that you make to your Global Settings will only be reflected in your newly created items. This will have to be manually updated in your active or previously listed auctions.

I realize that but even when I do a new auction and preview it it still is not showing Bidpay and it would appear it has been changed so it should show up on any new auctions.

Still not showing up, not on new auctions. It should show up under payments where it says ...

Take a look at auction 150044886660 OR any auction in my PENDING section. NONE show the Bidpay added to the payment section of the auction.
The pending listing I checked in your account was setup prior to your new default settings.
I added 'BidPay' to the 'other' field in your list of payment options, then performed an eBay preview:
I also checked the item number example you mentioned, but it also appears to have been created well before you added BidPay to the 'other' field. In fact, it appears that this item was one that you had originally offered Western Union/BidPay, which eBay no longer allows. (you can however offer just BidPay without the reference to Western Union.)
