First , I do appreciate you interest in helping. I did just as instructed but either FeeBay or VD is in denial, thus I am in the middle .
I entered in the link
http://cgi5.ebay.com/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?DisplayGalleryImagePageV3
140043567730
and a BIG-O alert appeared saying -
Title It Figures~Flowers~SwimDress~BathingSuit~SwimSuit~20w
Change your Gallery picture here if your current Gallery image is not correct or appears broken. If your picture looks fine here but does not appear in the Gallery, click Submit.
Current Gallery Image
http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/deur1/ITTPBLU.jpg
Gallery status: We could not find the server containing your image.
The picture does show as successful just as it did when listing but does not show when I checked my listings
Anyway 5 auctions including this one listed 13 hrs ago are affected .
It is not a crisis but annoying and although paying for gallery receiving them not!
I was speaking with someone earlier that was able to correct their gallery images without an error, and your URL looks correct and does appear to be loading without an error:
Try simply resubmitting it to see if they accept it now.

Christopher
Sorry for the confusion, I wasn't trying to indicate to you that you didn't have a problem with the eBay gallery image. My apologies if thats the message you thought I was trying to convey.
I know you have a problem with your eBay gallery photo.
Per my last post, did you try simply resubmitting it?
As I mentioned, I was working with someone else on this issue just earlier today and they were able to correct their eBay gallery images using the URL provided by eBay.
Given that, and the fact that the eBay rep mentioned this being corrected now - they SHOULD be able to accept it.
Unfortunately if they do not, and you know the image is good, and we know the image is good, and we both now know it was an eBay issue that caused this mess in the first place - you can either try again, or contact eBay to see why you specifically are unable to adjust your eBay gallery images.
Regards,
Christopher

Wait - did you actually submit the URL again, or is that just the message that appeared when you went to fix the gallery photo?
Even if your submitting the exact same URL they were trying to use at that time - DO SO.
The image is fine, that was *never* the problem. Resubmitting the same photo should work, unless they are still having issues.
(note that if they DO accept it, it will take a little while for them to import it properly.)

Christopher
