1. some of my images say " click to supersize " below them - some dont say anything below them .... how come?
2. and then when you click to supersize - it just brings you to another page where it is not supersized and advertises vendio's services?

Hello Stacy,
The supersized images are showing no difference due to the fact that your actual image is assumed to be larger. The way that this product works is that similar to the photo preview ebay provides, your image is shrunk, then when clicked on becomes its natural size. As it stands the supersized image you are displaying is at or near the size of the "scaled down" image. To change this, just enlarge your original image.

but if i enlarge my kb on each auction ( normally i do scale them down size wise when i crop them etc on my photo program before sending them to vendio ) - with 100's of images monthly - wont my useage rates go sky high when the images are much larger ?
right now it says : " You have 27.53MB of Standard Images (including Recycle Bin). "

Hello again Stacy,
Not necessarily. Try scaling down your images a bit, but not as much as you would normally. Contrast the KB size with the images you have been uploading.
In regards to your image hosting size and plan: Our Image Hosting service will allow you to either store your images indefinitely, or set your preferences to automatically delete your images after a specified timeframe.
To store your images indefinitely, go to Image Hosting, and click the checkbox above the list of images (note that you will need to do this for all pages of images!) Click the "Renew" button. Check the "Auto-Renew" option and save.
To store your images for twice the amount of time specified for deletion in your preferences, follow the above steps, check the "Auto-Renew Once" option, and save.
To allow your images to be automatically deleted from our servers after a period of time, follow the above steps, check the "Cancel Auto-Renew" option, and save. The images will be automatically deleted for you according to the timeframe specified in your preferences under My Account -> Image Hosting Preferences (30 to 90 days.)
I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further inquiries.
