How long ago did you email them? Sometimes they take a day or two to take any action, and if it's a weekend, they are REALLY slow. I regularly search listings for Sea Turtle/Endangered Species listings. Ebay has been pretty good about removing these items, but it could be due to the unfavorable press they received on this issue. It is unfortunate that they have not taken a more proactive stance on endangered species items---they rely on other users to find the problems for them. Ebay's response has been that there is no way that they can monitor all of the new listings. Maybe they need to hire a team that is specifically dedicated to weeding out all the "illegal" auctions if that is the case. Just my thoughts...
