There is an individual (or he may represent a company---gang)who watches the auctions. If you are not the winner of an auction for software, he will contact you with an offer for the same product (in my case Windows 98 and MS Office 2000)at a much reduced price. He offered me both products for $50.00 total and even shipped them to me at his own expense without my paying for them. He even has the MS codes for installation. Of course they are on reburned CDs with hand written titles. He is from the Vancover, Canada area. He is breaking many laws by copping software in the first place and then shipping it to the USA. If you should get an offer such as this, report it to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at any office throfugh-out Canada.
