Okay, okay, I got scammed. It was May 20, 2000, but it took me a few weeks
to catch on. The original amount was $278.55. I have reported the woman to
all the authorities (FBI Internet Fraud, Attorney General in my State and
hers, Paypal, Metaexchange, etc.) and received a Warrant in Debt (Small
Claims Judgement) against her. But I still haven't collected and I'm still
angry. I created a website to tell my story and she, of course, objects.
The other day I created a text file with all her Ebay negative feedback and
hung it on my site - to show the consistent pattern of fraud and deceit. She
complained to Ebay and they give me two choices. Change the site to use ONLY
her Ebay userid and no other identifying information (it wasn't even bought
on Ebay) - or take off the references to Ebay negative feedback and leave
her name and state up, as in my original website. OR - get suspended from Ebay. hmmmm..... For now, I
have changed all the identifying info to her Ebay userid.
Am I overly obsessed with this? Does my site serve any purpose except to
make me feel better and drive her nuts. I
would like my money back and the authorities can't be bothered since the amount is 'low'!
Is this Revenge or Principle?

Unfortunately, I can't post my URL on this message board. I did that originally and was asked by the moderator to take it off. If you're interested you can email me at [email protected] or [email protected]. I think I'm allowed to give out my own email address here.
