if i put an auction and using COD/Escrow Service. And the fraud using stolen credit card to pay me by Escrow. What happened then ?
- We make the deal with escrow
- I ship the order
- He/she receive the order
- Can I still get cash/payment from the
fraud using Escrow or will be
reject/refuse by bank company ?
- I still confuse, how Escrow works, did the
buyer pay by creditcard, send money to
Escrow company or what ?
