Hi all,
I started buying and selling about a month ago,and i think i just got screwed for the first time.I bought a watch on yahoo,it was advertised as a Omega costellation, stamped 18k with gemstones or diamonds, the seller was not sure if the stones are real. But he advertised the movement also as omega with 21 rubis.
The watch what arrived, is stamped 18k,like he said, but is a total fake, the cheap goldplating is totally worn off,one of the fake diamonds on the bezel was missing and the movement is a 1 ruby movement, not from omega of course. My emails to him do not get answered.Any ideas or tips what i can do?
or should i just forget it and take it as a lesson?
thank you ,Kimber

You can also place a claim with the US Postal Service if you paid with a post office money order. You can file a mail fraud claim online, there are additional forms to complete at the post office where you bought your money order.
