I am one of, it seems, many people who have sent money to someone overseas for laptops and never heard from the seller again!
I won 3 notebooks from 3 different sellers from overseas on the Dell auction site.
I was asked to Western Union the money and their addresses matched up with the information given to me from Dell, so I wired almost $1000.00 to them.
They were quite friendly with their e-mails until they recieved their money, after that I never heard from any of them again.
I kept checking their feedback, and they started getting bad feedback.
I watched other auctions for overseas sellers and saw that others had it done to them!!
I believe that these con artist keep changing their sign in names to sell computers they have no intent on sending!
Dell could not help me because of how they are set up.

I will be asking dell for compensation. Every seller need to put credit card before they can sell item. Dell should know the seller is using a fake CC to register.
I assume dell just want the posting money. if dell complaint to authority they will lost the posting money.
