How do I update my Vendio store with by Amazon items? I see the move to store option but each time I have to either go back and update the quantity or the price. Should the item price and quantity more to my store automatically? I am having the same issue with my Ebay items. Please help. I can not manually update thousands of items.

I have tried to move all the items in my Dolls category to my Vendio Store. In addition each of the sub categories I have tried to do the same. Most do not move at all. Sorry, if support is only available by this method then this is probably not the best option for me. Given I'm just getting started there should have been some support to assist. you were very quick to charge my credit card when the product is not functioning correctly. In addition none of my ebay sales are updating in the orders section.
I checked the "Dolls" folder in your Vendio account, but noticed that 348 of the 351 items in this category are already set to be visible in the Store. Is the problem that most of them are showing as sold out? If so, in order to correct the problem please edit the "Quantity in Stock" field in the "Inventory" tab so that it is greater than 0. There will need to be an available quantity (that is not listed on eBay or Amazon) of at least one for the item to show as in stock in the Vendio Store. Please note that this is the same for listing to eBay -- there will need to be a quantity available that is not already listed to a different market, in order to list the item to eBay.
In regards to your eBay sales, are these for listings that were launched through Vendio? Please note that orders for eBay sales will only show in your Vendio account for listings that were launched through Vendio. If this is for listings that were launched through Vendio, please let us know one of the listing numbers.
