HI all -
Today when I was doing a search on Amazon, I found something new on the book record, a button that says "sell your's here". I briefly scanned the information...saw something about a selling allowance. What is this all about? I looked around the site, not clear what they are doing.

sorry, I found the info below once I realized it's called Amazon Marketplace. It looked interesting for about 2 minutes, until I read the fine print that they are charging 15% PLUS 99 cents per transaction.

Sold my first Marketplace item today. Now we'll see if Amazon is able to process the payment. I have not received a payment for 1 week when this nightmare began.

Valerie - would you mind giving out one listing that you have? I would like to see what it looks like when there is a Marketplace copy linked to a book record. If you prefer to not share that here, would you email me? thanks!

thanks, I see a listing in Z Shops but nothing attached to the record in the Books section, so I assume the Marketplace feature is still disabled. At least on my computer.

You might be right because I had some books that were showing on both z shops and the marketplace last night and now some are only showing on z shops.
The Elvis book is back on the marketplace though. Try again.

Since I am still not receiving payments, I assume that Amazon does not want to undercut the new feature by offering it when it won't work right. Patience, Keziak The test went well (I sold 4 books during the one day it was open) -- but I hope that it will all work together when it reappears. No point allowing people to buy and then not shipping to them due to the payments situation.
