The second time this week, I have received an email from 2 different customers who were trying to purchase items of mine in my zShop. Neither could, for whatever reason, complete the sale. They weren't sure what happened -but the item simply does not show up in their transactions after going through the whole process and using 1 click. One customer completed the sale through me privately. The other customer was so flustered, he asked me to cancel his (non-existant) order-sigh ! I apologized profusely for their troubles, after all, they are the ones not able to get what they want from me.
I got no notices that either of these sales were made.
I have received 2 other unrelated orders through zShops, so apparently whatever it was, is now working. I can't help but wonder how many sales were lost that the customers never bothered to inquire about.
