That stinks! November has been horible enough for me, I'm a pinch away from the magic *50* Which I haven't had to work this hard for in a very long time. ARGH~! Maybe it's a sign to me?

Hi All,
I'm noticing a bunch of my auctions with no title line? I can't click in and neither can the customer. It just shows the auction listing number and the price??

I was merrily adding features to a lot of auctions because they were paying off at 4 a.m. this morning...then I noticed that some of my auctions did not have titles.
Now almost all of my auctions do not have titles.
I searched on my last name (I put in all of my ads), and searches work, but none of the auctions have titles.
I have e-mailed Amazon for refund on features - I am over the $20 this month.
Bids quit when auction titles disappeared.

All my titles are showing. The bug seems to be on featured items.

It appears that the auctions that had features are the ones that do not have titles. On the last day, I pay to move my auctions to the top. Because of the October Disaster, I had a lot of auctions going off - so I had a lot of features.
This glitch happened as I was finishing up with a lot of Features!
Makes me sick!
I have e-mailed Amazon, but no response yet.
I am considering cancelling and starting over - after the feature payment ends.
What do you think???

I had a bunch of auctions end during this mess. Amazon not only didn't reply regarding this concern, but my rep inside didn't either!
I emailed the customers and explained the circumstances and told them that I had relisted the item.
I also offered them the item( a new video that I keep in stock) at a reduced retail price.
So far one person has emailed ballistically and calling me every crooked name in the book. She's screeching how I'm trying to rook her. Geez, I have over 1500 ratings at 4.7.
She of course is upset that she didn't get 3 new videos for less than $12!!
I guess my choice was giving her the videos and taking a loss or this?? And we'll probably have to do the NF dance.
Any comments??
