Valerie, or anyone, do you know how a Marketplace buyer would leave FB? I tried to go in and see but I didn't find anything; maybe it comes up somewhere in their account. Should I refer them to their buyer account?

Yes, it is under Your Account in the Auctions -- View and pay for your orders. They have to go to the Auctions area first, then click on Your Account. I wouldn't count on too much FB from Marketplace sales.
