Under "view your Amazon Payments account summary" what falls under "Payment Fees". I thought this was just the 15% commission but something else is being added and I can't figure out what.

Amazon keeps a cut of the shipping amount that they charge the customer. I believe they give us $2.03 per book, so the balance of that Amazon keeps plus 15 percent of the book sale amount. The total is the amount shown under fees deducted on the Amazon payments account detail.
