Amazon has either lied to me or given me incorrect information today. I just called and when one gets to the menu for Marketplace, Z-Shops and Auctions a recording states there is no one there to take the call. I finally got a hold of someone by pressing the #6.
The CSR told me that there is now new protocol has of 1:00 P.M. today that Marketplace, Z-Shop sellers must email and there is no longer telephone support for us!!!
Wonderful huh? Particularly since they aren't answering email. 6 of my books out of 300 are showing up!

Ugg. How frustrating. I'm hoping this is temporary like whenever my ISP has problems they immediately put a message on their phone system and won't answer the phone since they are aware of the problem and are working on it. I'll keep my fingers crossed. But I still can't even get into the message board.
