I list both at Amazon and Half.com, and sold an item at Half. I went to Amazon to cancel the listing there and I kept getting "This item cannot be canceled". Any idea why? I edited it to the most expensive that I could and hope no one wants it in the next 30 days!

I would email [email protected] on this one. My best guesses: (1) it is already cancelled, (2) someone bought it, (3) it is not currently listed (it is in the relisting state).

I've always been able to cancel the listing in this type of situation by searching in open listings by title, then clicking on the Edit button, and at the top left of the screen there is a button to Close This Listing Now. Once you click it, it will ask you to complete the reason for closing the listing.
Is this the same procedure that you tried to follow with your listing?

I'm having the same problem trying to close zshop listings. I went thru my list and checked off several and hit the delete button but they are still listed. I also tried the new bulk loader and entered the letter "d" in the add/delete column, still didn't work.
I liked the system much better when zshop listings ended every two weeks. Then all I had to do was edit my batch and delete the items I no longer have and re-upload the batch. The way it is now, I have duplicate listings on 100 or so items.
Has anyone figured out an easy way to keep your listings current and up to date?
Also, when using the new loader I noticed the item descriptions in the file do not have the original html formatting, just plain text.

I was stumped by the missing HTML problem, too. I downloaded a report in order to make a mass change and upload it, but to my surprise the HTML in the description field didn't download.
