hello, is anyone out there with a ZSHOP as frustrated as I am about this??
Every two weeks, all my ZSHOP listings end and are then re-listed. Sometimes the re-listing takes 3-4 hours, sometimes it can take almost 24 hours!
I think this sucks royally! I am a pro-merchant ZSHOP seller and feel that all my items should remain on the ZSHOP until sold, just like a regular store on the internet!
during the time period that they about to be re-listed, no potential buyers can see them, and I lose potential business!

Well, when I asked the customer service people at AMAZON.COM the reason for the interruption of service, they were unable to provide one. They told me they had no idea why it was setup like that, but agreed that it didn't make sense.

biggal: You may want to check your zShop items as this particular complaint has been fixed in the recent upgrades:
* Amazon.com Payments registration will be required for all sellers
* The Inventory Loader will replace the Bulk Loader for U.S. Marketplace and zShops Sellers
* "Relist" will no longer be needed in zShops
* The zShops "Closed Listings" will be removed from Seller Account
* Open-Listing Reports will be enhanced
* Global seller preferences will be enabled
