I'm missing 300+ auctions as of Sunday 3PM EST. I emailed Amazon with no reply?
Anyone else out??

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. I wonder if it's another delay or a true 'lost to the wild blue yonder'. Going through and manually finding what ended and hasn't been relisted is a major pain the butt.

After reading your post, I realized that I have not received ANY end of auction notices for March 17. Neither winner notices or
auto-relist notices have come as of about
3 PM Sunday. Fortunately, yesterday was a
light day for me, but if it continues into
Monday, I am going to be really upset.
Naturally, there is no one at the Auction-Pro
helpline on weekends anymore. I wonder if
anyone is even watching the server, har, har!

Bulletin: At 4:20 PM Pacific I received a
driblet of relist and winner notices from my
Saturday-ending auctions. Thank god! If
they had lost these AGAIN I was ready to spit. There are still a few titles from
bloody October that I haven't gotten relisted.
On to Mars!

I have not received Re-Listing notices OR Winner notices for 2 weeks now. I called last week and they said they were in the process of fixing this. Why would this take so long?
I wonder sometimes if Amazon is intentionally trying to discourage people from using Auctions. Might sound bizarre....But in light of everything that has happened.....????

I was missing about 1,400 and about 800 have appeared in my Opening Soon.
My fingers are crossed on the other 600

Hi all:
Troy Wolverton here from CNET News.com. I'm following up on these reports of problems with Amazon auction listings.
I'm planning on writing a story and would love to talk with you if you have experienced problems.
You can contact me here on this board or at [email protected]. Thanks!

Hi Troy,
The last story you wrote was a bit of a hatchet job. I know you have a job to do but most of us surviving Amazon sellers want to keep the ol girl afloat and not help bring it down.
There are many good things about Amazon. Yes they have created most of this mess and are fumbling the ball but nobody here wants them to fold! So please keep this in mind when you write about them!

Jamie.....
I agree. No reason to write a completely negative article. Yes...There are a lot of good things about Amazon. However....They do amaze me at "what in the world is happenin' from day to day" there. I certainly hope they can turn this thing around. It is a roll of the dice though......

You can find the article Jamie is referring to here:
http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1007-200-4590778.html
You can decide for yourself whether the story is a "hatchet job" or a balanced report. Obviously, I think it is the latter.
Again, I would love your help in writing the current article I'm working on. Please contact me here or at the address above.
Thanks!

Absolutely Jim,
It's amazing how in their own ways all three of the major auction sites are either crumbling or creating an eviorment that makes it almost impossible to do anything but dump product.
I still think Amazon's the best but they seem on intent on hurting auction sellers. I don't know why?? They are missing a huge opportunity to grow one element of their business without spending huge amounts of capital??
It's self defeating! That's why I have been trying to get a sellers auction co-op off of the ground. But there's been very little support from sellers on AW. We need a place to build our businesses from if these big companies simply won't listen and support those who support them!

Troy as I answered you in your email. I said a bunch of nice things about Amazon and you simply used the few negatives I mentioned.
I know you have a job to do but beating on Amazon is only going to cost the jobs of the employees of the few of us sellers still using Amazon Auctions!!
Your slant in the story story is very clear.
What is the slant of your new story??
Perhaps if you share that here in print more of us would be willing to help you??
