I mainly sell in the marketplace but did list a couple of books that wouldn't qualify in marketplace in zshops. I listed the book along with shipping charges of $4 for priority mail. I had a customer buy 2 books but the shipping charges that I received were for one book $4. Am I doing something wrong or is that the way it works? Thanks!

On zshop sales the customer is able to adjust the shipping charge. That may be what happened here. He may have thought that he could combine shipping and so reduced one charge to $0. You can send an invoice through your recent transactions list.
