All of these sellers are paying money to Amazon and are getting nothing for their money.
Plus Amazon knows this has been going on, but won’t tell anyone, and they won’t give any of these people their money back, even thought they have received nothing for their money.
Is this fraud or what?
Does anyone have a way I can get my money back from them?

When you select to use the Bid for Featured Placement service, you are
agreeing to spend that amount even if your item sells or your listing
closes for any reason. Since Bid For Featured Placement fees are a non-
refundable merchandising fee, we are unable to issue you a credit for
these charges.
Again I apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Please be
aware that we are working on the problem and will have it repaired as soon
as possible.

I thought I was good! You are the BEST! I thoguht I screamed and stamped my feet about canned, inane, non-responsive answers from these first level drones but YOU are...my hero!
and here I thought I was cool! My congratulations and I hope you get satisfaction!
I am sooo tired of fighting with these people, not only Amazon, that take the listing money and run with it! I too have complained about paying for nothing.. OH and you should try the pay per clicks!!!! Boy do they get weird! You have NO visitors yet they record 400 hits! HELLO??? and then they claim noting is wrong...
Is this business made up of thieves or incompetents?
