i sold a book on 50 years of playboy bunnies,384 pages thick to a guy.
i used delivery confirmation and every day he complained the book is not here yet as he cheked the status online.
after he received the book,he claimed two pages have been ripped off and want a new copy.
the book is thick and bounded in such a way it is hard to rip off without me noticing when i pack it.
the pages are full page ann nicole smith and another one who turned porn star?
after much emails,i decide to let him return at his own shipping cost and give him a new copy.
is this guy weird?did he do it>
now he has a good copy to rip again or sell it ??

good idea,i will refund his money when the book arrives .
lest i am setting myself up for some fierce competition !!
