eBay will credit back your listing fees in this situation.

Go here:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/select-support.html

Select Billing | Other account questions; then click on "I have tried instant help and still want to contact support."

Give them the auction numbers and ask them to credit the listing fee for the one(s) you cancelled.
