can you post the bidders email here? it may not be permitted, you might want to check.
Also you might need to invite the person to participate in this discussion per site rules.

Hey fritzmt - I don't blame you, I would be ripping mad too, losing out on a great Christmas sale item like that. But one thing... psssst c'mere... I think maybe ya wanna edit out that person's email address before the moderator comes in and sees it cos then they send you to the principal's office or something like that... whatever they do. Shhhh. It's a secret.

Looks like yours is not the only digital video camera this bidder won recently.
Within the past month this bidder has won 3 video camera auctions for over $1,800 (all right before Christmas). Maybe this newbie got caught bidding on too many auctions to be sure they got one?
Have you try contacting any of the other three sellers to see if he/she paid them?
Edited to add he/she.

You need to edit out your buyers email address from this forum.
As a seller it is discouraging to run into deadbeat bidders but eBay has an effective way to handle this. Request your Final Value Fees and when other stiffed sellers file their FVF's the buyer will eventually find themselves suspended or NARU'D. You will still have the merchandise and can relist it.
No sense working yourself into high blood pressure over this ...
