I went through a lot of trouble trying to cancel with them. They were nice at first and when they didn't remove me from their system like I asked, I changed my ebay password so they couldn't update my counters anymore, then I went into all the winning bidder notices and so forth and told everyone to please excuse this email if they received it because I had found a better auction manager and not to bother going to their site.
I was SO mad. I was nice in my emails but they refused to respond to me after a while.

I highly recommend rubylane.com's cut and paste counters. I've been using them almost two years now. No bells or whistles, they just count hits.
