I is goin! Haven't made the decision yet as to where. Am looking at three alternatives. Two seriously. Too bad cuz I liked it here. Only used launching & pic hosting so the new fee structure is not good! As I said before, I would have gladly paid per listing or a monthly or annual fee that made sense, but NO WAY a percentage!

kiheicat,

The exodus is becoming massive! I see some staying, but the greater percentage are heading out.

All I ever used was the picture hosting. Recently, I did discover and enjoy the scheduled launch feature but I can live without it.

I can't justify the FVF so I will sadly leave and use my ISP space for pictures.

I's going. Started clearing out my pics, and transferring my closed auctions to the new software I found today.

Weird. It's like packing up your house before you leave. You don't really WANT to, but you have to.

There will be dust gathering in the corners of my little room here at auctionwatch soon.......

I'm going. I would stay if it was 5 cents an auction or even 10 cents. The final value fee made me finalize my decision to leave.

I just started using AW a couple of weeks ago so it is no big loss for me. I was just starting to get familiar with it, but now I will use free stuff only. I am a tiny seller. I buy more than I sell. Just had some things fall into my lap so I sold a little lately. Too bad, but there are too many with their hands out. I understand, but sure won't use the services. I have been coming here for advice for years, and will continue to do so.

I don't see the connection between chatting and learning from other buyers and sellers on a message board and using AW's auction manager services.

It's like deciding to terminate a friendship with office co-workers because you decide that it is to your financial advantage to work in another office.

In real life, you usually end up with new friendships but still also maintain some of the old ones.

Going, the final value is crazy!! Maybe the .05 cents, but even that would make me look else where. Boy, goosh, darn I am going miss these banners!!!!!!

I have to agree with Irene. Why the all or nothing decision?

The chat boards still have the same value they did before, so why stop posting?

I am going sad to say! I have already moved alot of my items on to Bidville still have a little more to do. I do sell a few items on ebay so I am looking for another site or may try the soft ware don't no? I pay for the item, then pay several times "some times" to list it, then if it sells pay FVF, then pay paypal, then have to explain the high cost of shipping, then have to box it, not counting computer cost internet cost and phone bill. I have to try and keep my cost down before I get priced out of the market. I know I am missing some cost but their are so many hands out it would not be hard to do! Just like Yahoo for those that stay good luck. I will stop in off and on for old times sake for a little while. I also do not think AW will be giving refunds for non-paying bidders I guess you will have to write it off as a busniess expense. I have more to say but will keep it short.
