Photopoint is well used by webtv users and it's free. Honesty is another one, free up to 60 photos.

I've been using PhotoPoint for over two years, but they recently made some site "improvements" which have resulted in some problems for us WebTV users. (Editing tools don't work, among other things.)

I just got a free 50MB website with image uploading similar to AW. I haven't used it for image hosting yet, so I don't know how well it will work for that purpose, but if you want more info about it, feel free to e-mail me @webtv.net.
