I always see a very heavyset woman, and I mean an apron on fat/skin that *hangs* to her knees. She buys clothing in bulk (all sizes) sets things aside and won't let anyone touch them, but only buys about a third of what she sets aside. But worst of all, she's a thief. She and her husband probably steal more than they buy.
There is the "wild guy". Drives a blue van and races from garage sale to garage sale, jumps out, RUNS up to the stuff, *maybe* buys something, then races off to the next garage sale. Stay out of his way.
Then there is a black couple that I haven't figured out yet. Very proper, pleasant, buys only items that look new and mostly handcrafts or decorator items.
I think when I retire, I will go from garage sale to garage sale buying children's books. Then I will give them away to children who don't have books since I feel that reading and education is the escape from poverty.
