You could always try to stall her... There is no "magical date" when an auction disappears, and feedback can't be left, but It's getting close.

I got a look at you post before you revised it and I have a couple questions for you.
First, what does it matter if she negs you? Your FB is private and you could have 2 or 20 negs and no one would know.
You have proof that you mailed the packages so I don't know what her problem is.
I don't understand that even with proof she has not acknowledged receiving the package.
Tell her to go ahead and file a claim against you with ebay. You are the one with proof that the package was indeed sent. Perhaps you might mention the words "mail fraud" to her in an email.
If you have not already left her FB I would probably consider a neg just for the lying and trying to swindle a refund out of you.

Should I entertain this anymore or should I give her a refund. I have
decided to follow your judgment should I give a refund without
receiving
the product first.
my opinion?
HeLL no on the refund until the product is returned!

Starman - Your feedback already shows 24 positives - 1 Neutral and 10 Negs. Firstly, I don't think 1 more neg should worry you. Secondly, with a record like that I hope she has you removed from eBay as quickly as possible - we just don't need you there.

I fail to see the relevance of where you were 9/12-19...is this supposed to add some sort of weight to sway support your way. everyother date listd has relevance to the problem except the 12-19...why is that???

teddybuyer: how did you see that? I just saw "private" next to his name, I didn't think you could see the FB when it was private.

You won't see the actual feedbacks but it tells how many pos, neg, & neutrals they have.

justgeorge - I just looked at the auction in question, clicked on the private link, and there it was. You can't see the actual comments but the totals are there. I suspect selling copy VCD's may be one of his problems!
The worrying thing is that the bidder who bought the items in question seems to have been scared away from eBay because of this seller - a real pity!

Well, I didn't look at the auction, or the feedback, but if what you sent was bootleg copies, you should refund.

Well, not to be mean, but who in their right mind is going to place a bid on an auction when the seller has so many negs?

Well, I didn't look at the auction, or the feedback, but if what you sent was bootleg copies, you should refund.
Even if they were bootleg copies, and that is just a big assumption, the bidder does not acknowlegde ever receiving the two SVCD volumes even though the seller can prove that he mailed them and so in order to refund the bidder, the seller should get the tapes back, bootleg or not.
