The seller's responses to their negative feedback directly indicate that they are not a straight forward, professional operation. They have proven themselves worthy to be avoided.

This person has over 1900 feedbacks posted to her and has only left a little over 200 in return -- with most of them negative?
People obviously are not checking feedback before buying!

Oh my gosh! Has left 233 FB...which appear to be either mostly or ALL NEGS! I did not bother to read all of them...but the first page was ALL NEG...
Went back to look: Mostly complaints, a few neutrals and one positive...that's just for page ONE...
Gosh Shosh

this was a seller that ripped me off about a year ago. I don't recall the id I was using then. I didn't know how to leave negs at the time or I would have.

Under what criteria do you suggest that ebay would unregister this person? As far as having 6% negatives, there is no cut-off for negatives...and in fact, 94% of their customers are happy!
And as far as leaving 65% negative feedback, you can leave 100% negative if you want to.
I can't imagine myself buying from them, given their lack of professionalism, shoddy goods ("as is", etc., but I don't really want ebay policing sellers to the point of throwing off sellers who aren't "good enough" or some such vague criteria.

Well, 1,540 people appearantly like her items and service, plus a guess of another 1,000 who liked it but didn't leave feedback.
Plus I think you're reading into too much. She sells a lot of items that attracts immature people, plus with a $1 start bid on her items, a lot of lowball winners happen to be immature.
Plus, looking at items she's selling, one buyer has a -1 rating that is bidding on multiple items of hers.
6% negative feeback is not alarming, it may indicate a need for a policy review on the way she handles customers, but it does not indicate mischief.

Appears to be lots of newbie bidders...this person may be their first bad seller they run across....and evidently a doosie!
Wonder how many people he/she/it has run OFF ebay with wonderful customer service?
