The administrative cancellation was made BECAUSE the two bidders were NARU. Once ebay NARUs a bidder, all their current bids on live auctions are administratively cancelled.
BTW, it is a violation of AuctionWatch community guidelines to identify a buyer or seller by their ebay ID. You may want to edit your post to remove those names before the moderator either locks or WOMDs your thread.
