Auctionwatch is by far the better. it is faster, more fluid and has less problems. AW has greatly improved the down time problems and errors they use to incure probably because they have "partnered" as an e-bay marketplace and are more privy to the e-bay changovers. Anyway know that I have stated all this I am looking for a complete crash at any time

I have used Auction Works, and am real Happy with them, have had No problems. It took a little while to learn how to use though. All listing must be done while on line. WBN's sent usually within 10 mins of Auction ending. Telephone support for questions. Can schedule auctions up to 1 year in advance. Have had no problems with Auctions being stuck in processing. But I only list between 20--100 auctions per week.
I tryed them when Auction Watch was having problems, and have pretty much stayed with them.

I use auctionworks and love it!!! When I started selling on ebay I started out with auctionwatch. Once I switched over a year ago I never looked back. I love everything about it and the storefront is great. It is very rarely down and the tech support is outstanding.

I use auctionworks and it has definately made my life so much easier.
The store front gets me a lot of additional sales.
Auctionworks NEVER violates Ebays TOS and noone ever gets their auctions cancelled over stupid crap like over sized logos and all of the misery auctionwatch has given over the last 2 years. Auctionworks never adds their own 3rd party recruitment banners unlike the C2IT banners auctionwatch fills your auction with.
Auctionworks doesnt push you to sign up for a million companies services, like C2it or EXCHANGE PATH (folks here longer than 1 year remember that scam)
If I have billing questions........auctionwatch makes me bring it to a public message board. Auctionworks lets me call their 1-800 number. Wonderful EMPLOYEE OWNED company and staff.
Auctionworks gives me 100 MB of image hosting space NOT PER IMAGE. They don't charge for lisitngs only a small FVF.
Auctionworks keeps all customers informed of everything up front.......I don't need to go to a message board to find out whats going on with the service.
I can launch to Ebay, Ebay stores, Ebay Canada, Ebay motors, Ubid and Yahoo with ease.
Auctionworks control panel gives you a chart of all fees you paid regarding your auctions. It charts the listing fee to Ebay quantity sold and FVF on Ebay, as well as the AW FVF. They have excellent accounting tools and summaries for everything sold through them.
So many good things to say I can't list them all here.

I've been re-evaluating where I want to work as well.
I have used all three of Auctionwatch, Auctionworks and Channel Advisor in the past month. I've never tried Andale (Too expensive), and I've never even heard of some of the other sites meentioned above.
Auctionwatch- The only one with easy offline listing, and overall the simplest to learn. Support is NOT as good as the other two, and problems have often take WEEKS to resolve*. This is the easiest of the three services for beginners, but also the most limited. Support for Amazon is flaky and Ebay Stores are non-existant. Supports eBay, Yahoo, and Amazon.
Channeladvisor - Best Post-Sale system anywhere. Getting your items listed is kind of a pain. Also, there is no real storefront. I list on all the major sites, and you have to create an ad for each site individually (online only) Also, they appear to be the most reliable on Free Listing Days and their support is excellent. Supports eBay, eBay stores, Amazon, Yahoo and Ubid.
Auctionworks - Easiest ad creation/listing of the three. Best storefront of the three. They also just added (finally!) support for Yahoo auctions. Easy offline uploading/downloading of ads with a spreadsheet. Semi-complex post-sale system, but once you get the hang of it, it's very good. Supports eBay(Multiple countries), eBay stores, Amazon, Yahoo and Ubid.
Summary:
Auctionwatch. Excellent for beginners, but easy to outgrow.
Channeladvisor. Good multi-site support, very flexible, but slow if have LOTS of items to list.
Auctionworks. more complex, but has more features for advanced users.
My Choice: I'm currently moving everything over to AuctionWorks.
It's the ONLY ONE that will let you export your information to a spreadsheet for backup. With dot.com's going bust all over, I like being able to keep my information where I can get to it. Where would all the sellers at CA or Auctionwatch be if those sites shut down today without warning? I'm just to paranoid about all the work I put into my auctions getting lost.
*See the thread "Where are My Amazon Auctions" for an excellent example of AW ignoring a problem for weeks.

Sorry- typo. Auctionworks DOES NOT support Amazon. But with the amazing number of bidders on Amazon auctions, who really cares?
