Some of you may remember my post on Square Trade a week ago, having negative feedback removed. Ebay will now remove negative feedback if you pay Square Trade $15.00, and both parties agree it should be removed.
Last year we were offline for 3 weeks, and received 4 negatives from sellers before we got back on. I have contacted them all, only one has replied so far, and they agree the feedback should be removed. I just filed my first case with them, and will let you know how it turns out.
I do not agree with having to pay to have a negative removed, I think ebay is very slimy for their policy. But, right now, it is worth the $15 to have one removed. Has anyone else tried this? How did it work out? Heather

It is isn't it? They will not remove feedback unless it falls under their criteria. But, if you PAY for the privlidge then it can be done. Heather

Hi Glenda,
Yes, you must use the mediator to get the feedback removed, to use the mediator youmust pay the $15.00. They must recommend to ebay that the feedback be removed. I am working with a seller right now who got me. He was more than willing to have it removed. Burns my butt to have to pay for this, but what else can I do? Heather
