hhhhmmmmmmmm...... you could be as honest with your listing as you are here, and include the thing about the Hanes tag in the description.....LOL, did Chanel and Hanes ever have a partnership?

Cassiescloset--was selling last Friday at Rogers Ohio flea market and the undercovers were out in full force! They confiscated the items and the vehicles of the people selling Tommy H shirts with a Fruit of the Loom label and lots of others--believe there were busts of about 7 dealers. All had name brand items and no licsense (SP?) to sell these items. Needless to say--made the long day at Rogers go fast and quite exciting!

I think you might be able to sell the t-shirt on eBay if you don't mention the "CHANEL" word. Just say "t-shirt with famous designer logo and show a photo of the logo in the auction description. Be sure to mention the Hanes label as well. I would definitely avoid putting the "CHANEL" word in the title since that will get the VERO's attention and I'm sure the auction would be pulled.

Take the high road. Use the t-shirt to polish your car. Not worth messing with your eBay account over one item.
