My current home ISP is also my work ISP. Because I work in education, our ISP is required to have filters. As of last Thursday, the filter has taken control, kind of like Hal on 2001 and has blocked most of ebay. I had several auctions close on Saturday and today and I cannot contact my bidders.
I am looking for a temporary ISP (which may become permanent if the filter cannot be lifted) which I can sign up for online and be utilized immediately.
Please help if you can recommend a particular ISP which allows online signup.
Not my name on ebay.

Whether you use a separate ISP or not it helps to have a second email address. I recommend Yahoo which can be used from any computer with Internet access.
