Wasn't sure where to post but was wondering if anyone else is getting errors while trying to buy postage through SimplyPostage? I've been getting a Rasdial635 error the past few days when trying to dial in and purchase postage.
I'm going to call their Customer Support in a few hours but thought I would ask here first. Wondered if their server might be down because of the holiday weekend? Is that wishful thinking on my part?
(I should add for those wondering. SimplyPostage has worked great for me for the past 8 months - this is my first problem with them which, compared to my Stamps.com experience, is really good!)
